Our journey to Kourou in South America offers you not only the visit of the European Spaceport (Centre Spatial Guyanais) in Kourou, French Guiana. Under informed leadership and with unique views in the CSG you will stand at locations, where you can feel space travel live. Our visiting-programm, which far goes about the usual CSG trip for tourists out, nowhere is offered once again in this way.

The following run is planned:
regular flight Paris-Cayenne (economy), voyage to Kourou, lodging in Hotel des Roches in Kourou with breakfast (the hotel is located on a dreamlike palmbeach), visit CSG (European Spaceport - Centre Spatial Guyanais) in Kourou inclusive Jupiter-Controlcenter, ELA-Launch-Pads and CSG-facilities, jungle tour, Space-Museum, Visit of the construction site for the Soyuz, guided tour through diverse CSG-facilities, excursion in the land of French Guiana, recreation day (pool / beach), voyage to Cayenne, regular flight back to Paris; an important role will play the wunderful land, the tropical jungle (the biggest forest in the EU), the southern sky (cleer view preconditioned) and the recreations at the beaches of Guiana at this exclusiv tour, too

this travel adventure is not a package tour and you will go on your own risk; WeltraumTouristik.de / space-tourism.net is your travel companion, but not a journey enterprise; the jorney is from/to Paris (other airports on request); changing in scheduling all times reserved; please plan some days as a reserve; limited number of participants: 4...8 people (children from 10 years); we need a copy of your passport for the french autority; you have to take your passport and your vaccination pass with you at all times of the journey; vaccination against yellow fever is an obligation, tropical vaccinations recommended; tropical climate in the whole land; cancelling only till six weeks bevor the journey starts; we recommend you an insurance for cancellation right and for health; you schould consult your doctor, if there are some risks for healt in tropical clime

– protection against insekts and sunlight (clothes, cremes)
– because of the tropical climate in French Guiana (day 28...32°C, night 21...26°C, 80...99% humidity) you scholud consoult a doctor in case of risks for your health

questions and answers:
– Where can I get the vaccination against yellow fever? In tropical instituts or medical centers for tropical medicine.
– Are there really no thick clothes needed in French Guiana? Only in Paris....
– Is it dangerous in the jungle? If you trust the rules and sty in the group, it is not more dangerous like in the home forest. For the case of emergency we take a medical care pack, 2 radio sets and 2 GPS-devices with us.
– Is photographing allowed? Outsides always, insides in the most cases not (infos on stage).

speeking frankly:
Because of many technical problems in astronautics you have to be a little bit flexible: Our scheduling is not exactly and will be defined sometimes on stage. If the start of a rocket falls in our journey time, access to the CSG is denied and the visits will not be possible. But as a recoupment we will enjoy a spectacular launch of an Ariane, Soyuz or Vega, wich we can observ directly from the beach in Kourou.
